The newest product from EnviroGlas, the makers of recycled glass terrazzo tiles is EnviroMODE. EnviroMODE is made from recycled porcelain tubs, sinks, and toilets. It is used as a material for countertops and flooring. Durable and easy to maintain, this product is available in hundreds of colors from neutrals to red, blue, and yellow.
Durat is a Finnish company whose mission is to unite design and recycling. The company collects plastic waste from all over Scandinavia to recycle into a material suitable for tubs and sinks that is also recyclable--although I can't fathom why anyone would ever want to get rid of fixtures like the sleek tub and sink pictured here! Resistant to humidity, chemicals, and wear, it can be sanded to renew its finish, and comes in a host of contemporary fresh colors..jpg)
