Sweep it along your body after a shower, bath, or swim and it removes a large percentage of water--water that your towel doesn't have to absorb.In theory, a drier towel means less time in the dryer (if you use one) . Use it at the beach and your towel stays cleaner (no water = no sand stuck to your towel, right?) Cleaner towel equates to less detergent, less time in the wash. Hmmm...Not sure I buy it, but I'm all for eco-gadgets like these.
